Director Information / Program Overview

To: Owners, Directors and Staff,

Thank you for the opportunity and pleasure to visit your center with our famous Vintage Photography promotion . 

We will take up to 6-8 unique poses of each child. Portraits will be taken in a beautiful Sepia Finish. The photographer will stay all day until every child’s photograph in the center is taken, also the staff, and the after school children.
 

Our Professional Photographer will arrive with all wardrobe, props and accessories. Everyone will dress in traditional clothes from the 20’s and 30’s era that we supply or they can bring their own clothing, if desired.  Our props include dresses, antique strollers, pant suits, antique bicycles, trunks, pearls and hats.

Approximately 50 children can be photographed per day.

At least 1 staff member will need to be present to assist during photography since clothes will be changed. However, they can sometimes be put over the child’s existing garments as an alternative.

The parents are encouraged to also take portraits with their children, if they wish.  We have clothes for adults as well.  We will also photograph any siblings together. The parents seem to enjoy those very much.

The photographer will call a few days before to confirm a start time.

One of our professional portrait consultants will arrive at your center about 2 weeks later, and personally show the proofs to the parents. Having our portrait consultant personally show the portraits to your parents will significantly cut down on the time invested from your center.

Our basic $39.95 package consists of  1-8x10’s, 2–5x7’s, 2-3x5’s and 4 wallets. 
We offer a $10 Discount on Packages ordered on the Proof Viewing Day

We have props and wardrobe for staff as well. We encourage staff to take pictures with their children or by themselves.

Please remember that you and your assistant director will EACH get $100.00 of Free portraits and your staff will get 25% off of the already low package prices.

Each family can receive a Free Desk Portrait as our gift.

The flyers for your parents and wall posters should arrive 1-2 weeks before your photography date.
